*In order for your Osteoblast Training® to be effective, is recommended that you enroll in the program for a period of one year.

Osteoblast Training® should be done for 30 minutes two times per week.
Once Osteoblast Training® has begun, you will no longer see a decrease in bone health. One Osteoblast Training® program will last one year. This is adequate time for noticeable bone mineral increase. Osteoblast Training® encounters growth most effectively through Olympic lifting and varying forms of Olympic lifting exercise modifications that enable hypertrophy (growth) of your bone. Osteoblast Training® will be challenging but it will increase the health of your bones, reduce risk of bone fracture, improve functional strength and mobility, create healthier body composition and increase muscular strength.
