The MS Fitness Challenge is receiving so much attention because of the great things we are doing and the differences we are making in the lives of so many people with Multiple Sclerosis.
Bodybuilding.com has graciously shared our story and mission.
Congratulations to my friend and founder of the MS Fitness Challenge, David Lyons!
Please take a moment to watch this short video of David receiving "The Lifetime Achievement Award" from
"I was proud to acknowledge David Lyons for his lifetime of advocating a healthy lifestyle at my Arnold Sports Festival. It is unbelievable what he has accomplished despite being diagnosed with MS, and he is a model for many people. David shows that there is no excuse not to be healthy and fit."
I am honored to be serving this organization as the Director of Trainer Certification!
We are all working together to help others battle MS through nutrition and exercise!
The MS Fitness Challenge and its Director of Trainer Certification, Mark Mueller, are working hand in hand with the President of the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA), Mark J. Occhipinti, Ph.D./ND, in a mutual effort to partner together and offer an MS Specialty Certificate course.
The course, MS Fitness and Wellness Specialist, is due to be released in summer 2015!
Be among the first trainers to receive this exclusive certification! Sign up for the MSFC mailing list now to be notified when the
MS Fitness and Wellness Specialist course work becomes available.
Your gift will allow MSFC to teach more people how to win the battle against Multiple Sclerosis. Thank You!

The MS Fitness Challenge (MSFC) is a three-month event that provides applicants with multiple sclerosis (MS) free gym membership, free personal trainers with specialized certification, and free supplements and supplies. During the course of the three months, participants learn how to control and manage their disease through exercise and nutrition. Each participant is worked with on an individual basis to address his or her own needs.
The Elizabethtown Challenge is being coordinated by Mark Mueller of a personal training business and will take place at the Elizabethtown Fitness Club from Saturday, Sept. 12, to Saturday, Dec. 12.
The event will begin with a kickoff celebration on Sept. 12 to raise awareness about MS. The event is open to the public. MSFC founder David Lyons, a bodybuilder, will be present to tell his story. Lyons was told by his doctors at age of 47 that he had MS and would be confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life, but he went on to compete in his next bodybuilding competition at age 50.
MSFC is a nonprofit organization. To find out more about MSFC, readers may visit http://www.msfitnesschallenge.com.
Individuals with MS who would like to participate in the event may contact Mueller via the contact page of http://www.muellerpersonaltraining.com. Corporate sponsors that are interested in partnering to provide the free event may contact Mueller, as well.
